This warranty applies exclusively to LED display systems and signage products ("Products") purchased directly from Signage Studio Inc. ("Signage Studio") during the active warranty term. Products acquired through unauthorized channels or third-party resellers are not eligible under this warranty agreement.

Any disassembly, modification, or repair attempted without prior written authorization from Signage Studio Inc voids all warranty coverage.
Damage caused by uncontrollable events including natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, lightning strikes, fires), extreme weather conditions, acts of war, or terrorism.
